Get a head start on the show by joining us for a special preview month Thursdays 3/12 - 4/3
Not sure if you want to join? Try the preview month to check it out and decide if you want to join the whole production.
Q: What songs will we be doing?
A: You can find a list of working songs at this link here or this spotify playlist.
Q: Do I have to attend the preview month?
A: NO. But for only $40 for a whole month why would you want to miss it? If you are doing the production, you can get a head start on learning the songs. Not sure if you want to join the full production? Join the preview month, learn some of the songs and decide if you want to do the full show. We’ll be working on “Guns and Ships”, “Fight Song” and “Freedom”.
Q: I’ll be out of town for a few weeks during that time, can I still join the show?
A: YES. Part of the registration process is we’ll send out a list of dates and you tell us what days are conflicts, we’ll work around it.
Q: Who is directing the show?
A: It's being directed by Jubel Obien and Music Director is Jeff Ricca.
Q: Where & when will rehearsals be?
A: Rehearsals will be in RIVERSIDE on Thursdays, and NORCO on Sundays. Not all performers will have to attend all rehearsals, we will be posting who is called the week before. You can view a list of the rehearsal dates here.
Q: What was the inspiration for this show?
A: It was written by Rockstars of Tomorrow Riverside & Las Vegas owner Don Miskulin. As an Air Force Veteran and an honorably-retired Riverside Police Officer , Don wanted to put together a special production for American's 250th Anniversary this July.
Q: How do you select the cast?
A : While we do ask for a video "audition", the video is about getting to know you and getting an idea of where to place you. It is NOT to decide if you make the show or not. When we reach our maximum cast size due to stage & time limitations performers will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis on when audition forms are received. If you want to do the show, you'll be in the show. Even if you have little or no experience, we'll find a spot for you.
Q: What do auditions look like?
A : Click on the button to Register now and follow the next steps. You'll give us your conflicts (dates that you can't make rehearsals) and make a short video for us. If you need help with the video, please let us know we can schedule a time to come in and we'll help you. Please read Jubel's video encouragement below for more information.
Q: When are auditions due by?
A : We are hoping to get everyone's in by March 30th, but there's some flexibility with that.
